Frozen Virgin Margaritas

After a siesta, wake up your taste buds with our Frozen Virgin Margaritas, this nonalcoholic version of a true Mexican classic.

What You'll Need

  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar, divided
  • 4 cups ice cubes, divided

What to Do

  1. In a blender, combine lime juice, orange juice, lemon juice, 1/2 cup sugar, and 2 cups ice cubes. Blend 15 to 20 seconds on high speed, or until the ice is crushed. Add remaining ice cubes and blend 15 to 20 more seconds.

  2. Place remaining 1/4 cup sugar in a shallow bowl. Dip the rim of each glass into the margarita mixture then into the sugar until the rim is coated.

  3. Fill glasses with margarita mixture and serve immediately.

Notes

To make these even more fun, serve them with colorful straws. And if you'd rather be more traditional, dip the glass rims in salt instead of sugar, and garnish each with a wedge of lime.
