5 Min
8 Hr

When planning the fiesta menu, don't forget the drinks. With each sip you're gonna get the zing of the jalapeno pepper and the "ahh" of the spritzer.

What You'll Need

  • 1 cup gin
  • 2 fresh jalapeño peppers, cut in half lengthwise and seeded
  • 1 liter club soda (about 4 cups)
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

What to Do

  1. In a pitcher or clean small jar, combine the gin and jalapeño peppers. Cover and chill for 8 hours or overnight.

  2. Remove the jalapeño peppers from the gin and reserve. Pour 1 ounce of the gin into each of 8 ice-filled tall glasses. Top each with about 1/2 cup club soda and garnish with the jalapeño pepper halves, if desired.

Remember: This drink is for adults only...ones who AREN'T going to drive!
