Minty Orange Lemonade

How about kicking back with a big icy glass of lemonade? You're gonna love this refreshing minty citrus combo!
What You'll Need
- 8 cups (2 quarts) water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 oranges, sliced
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
What to Do
- In a large saucepan, bring all the ingredients except the lemon juice to a rolling boil over high heat.
- Remove from the heat, cover, and allow to cool for 1 hour.
- Strain into a large pitcher, discarding the mint leaves and orange slices. Add the lemon juice; mix well, and serve over ice.
- To garnish, for a true touch of summer, add additional slices of oranges and lemons to the pitcher and as a garnish on each glass.
- Makes about 2 quarts.
