Orange Fizz

A generous dose of vodka or gin gives this citrus refresher a mighty punch. When kids are going to be at the party, I create a child-friendly version by replacing the alcohol with sparkling water.
What You'll Need
- 1 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 cups orange sherbet
- 1 cup vodka or gin
What to Do
- Process first 3 ingredients in an electric blender until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Pour into stemmed glasses. Garnish, if desired, with fresh orange slices.
