30 Min

Fresh-brewed iced tea always tastes better than store-bought, and our Spiced Iced Tea is made with a combo of tangy juices to give it a perky flavorful personality. Grab a straw and start sipping.

What You'll Need

  • 3 cups apple juice
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 tea bags
  • 1 orange, cut in half
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

What to Do

  1. In a soup pot, combine all the ingredients; bring to a boil over high heat.

  2. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.

  3. Remove and discard the tea bags, orange, and cinnamon sticks.

  4. Allow to cool then refrigerate. Serve chilled over ice.

             Makes about 2 quarts.

You might want to save the cinnamon sticks and use them (plus a few more) to garnish each glass, along with a slice of orange.

All-American Fish-in-Foil

If you want a lemony-herb fish dish, that's packed with flavor and easy to make, then you've got to try our All-American Fish-in-Foil. We used catfish, because it's firm enough to stay together and delicate enough to wrap it in foil. It's a perfectly seasoned, easy-as-can be dinner that you're going to love to share with family and friends.
