Quench your thirst with the light and refreshing taste of a bubbling Strawberry Spritzer. Chilled seltzer water gets a splash of a berry-licious make-over that's sure to please.

What You'll Need

  • 1 (1 liter) bottle seltzer water, chilled
  • 3/4 cup strawberry-flavored syrup
  • 6 strawberries, washed and split partway from bottom

What to Do

  1. In a pitcher, combine seltzer and strawberry syrup; mix well.
  2. Fill six glasses half full with ice and place a strawberry on rim of each glass.
  3. Pour equal amounts of seltzer mixture into each glass.
  4. Serve immediately.

Make your own tasty straws for this by cutting off both ends of strawberry licorice sticks. Now that's cool!

Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies

When you get a craving for fresh baked cookies, you have to do what you have to do. Luckily, here in the Test Kitchen, we can make cookies any time we want. Our go-to are these Oatmeal Cranberry cookies. Can you blame us? These sweet oats and tart cranberries are always a treat when washed down with ice cold milk. We wish you could smell the scent of cinnamon in the Test Kitchen, but making them in your home is just as tasty.
