What You'll Need
- 1 cup (½ pint) heavy cream, well chilled
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons whiskey
What to Do
- In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream, milk, and sugar with an electric beater on high speed until the mixture is foamy.
- Add the whiskey and beat for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the mixture is foamy again.
- Spoon into individual glasses and serve. Makes about 1 quart.
Make sure to beat this only until foamy; if you over-beat it, you'll end up with whipped cream! And if you'd like it sweeter, add another tablespoon or two of sugar.
