Yogurt Smoothie

This Yogurt Smoothie is a drink that has it all! It looks super, the taste is even better, and it's nutritious. The best part is that it's so yummy, no one will ever guess how nutritious it is!
What You'll Need
- 2 (8-ounce) cans pineapple chunks, with 1/2-cup juice reserved
- 1 (16-ounce) can pears, with 1/2-cup juice reserved
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup ice cubes
What to Do
- Combine all ingredients except the ice in a blender; blend until smooth. Blend in the ice cubes until smooth, and serve.
Note
The great thing about this drink is that you can use whatever fruit you happen to have in the house -- canned, frozen, or fresh. It all works!
