What You'll Need:
- 2 (5-ounce) packages baby spinach, tough stems removed
- 4 oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
What To Do:
- In a large bowl, combine spinach and the orange sections.
- In a small bowl, combine dressing, marmalade, and poppy seeds; mix well and pour over the spinach mixture. Toss and serve.
