Peach Cookie Sundae

Looking for a new and quick after-dinner treat? Look no further than a Peach Cookie Sundae! The combination of peaches, cookies and a little cinnamon creates such a delicious concoction that you won't believe how easy it is to make!
What You'll Need
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 5 cups peaches, peeled and sliced (about 2-1/2 pounds)
- 1 package refrigerator sugar cookie dough
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together the sugar, corn starch, cinnamon and corn syrup in a mixing bowl. Add peaches; mix well. Pour mixture into an 8 x 8" baking dish.
- Slice cookie dough into 1/4" slices, then place slices on top of peach mixture.
- Bake for about 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Serve with ice cream if desired.
