Summer Fruit Toss

For that perfect light summer treat, whip up this Summer Ambrosia and enjoy the mix of citrusy fruits for the season!
What You'll Need
- 2 cups sliced peaches
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice
- 1/3 cup sweetened flaked coconut
What to Do
- In a large bowl, slightly toss together peaches, blueberries, banana and lime juice.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle on coconut.
For an even more "summery" fruit toss, add some nectarines, plums or mangos.
