"Throw-Together" Marinated Veggie Salad

For a quick 'n' easy side dish that has all your servings of vegetables, try our "Throw-Together" Marinated Veggie Salad. Once the flavors all marinate together, you'll have a deliciously healthy snack.
What You'll Need:
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
- Cut-up vegetables
What To Do:
- Mix all ingredients together in a jar, except veggies; shake mixture, then fill jar with your favorite vegetables.
- Refrigerate salad to "marry" the flavors. It can be your little-bit-different salad with lunch or dinner.
Feel free to add a little hot sauce for a spicier taste treat.
