Whip up a homestyle noodle dish in less than 15 minutes with our recipe for Ranch Noodles. Not only is this dish creamy and delicious, but it's made in one pot, so there's not much to clean up!

What You'll Need

  • 1 (8-ounce) package egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 1 scallion, sliced

What to Do

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package directions; drain and return to pot.

  2. Stir in butter and remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.

Notes

Here's another tasty idea! Substitute an 8-ounce package of thin spaghetti for the egg noodles, and add chopped cooked ham and steamed broccoli. Saute the ham in a lightly greased skillet over medium-high heat to crisp it up and give it a smoky bacon-like flavor.

Sounds good. I have SO many of your recipes that I am thinking of going through my notebook and start cooking like the girl did in the movie, 'Julia, Julie'!!! Notebooks, plural!!!

Quick and easy! I have made this several times and never disappointed )

This would be good with some cooked chicken or even a rotisserie chicken in it. Will try with one of them very very soon. Looks delicious. Thanks )

Tried this last night. Not very good, needs some spices.

This is prepared ranch dressing, correct? Not the dry that you make yourself? Thanks.

Correct; it is bottled ranch dressing. Enjoy!

I bet this would be good with shrimp!

My husband raved about this. I was hoping for left overs but there was none.

Made this for my daughter's family of 4 with ham and broccoli. They loved it. Next time I will have to double the recipe-they didn't get enough.

My husband went crazy over these noodles! It was so easy and so good I'll be making it regularly!

real good & easy to make

this has way to much ranch in it. next time I will cut that in half.

I think this is a great recipe. Have made it twice; first time according to directions, using unsalted butter. It was a bit bland and left a small pool of butter at the bottom. Made it again, adding 1/2 tsp. salt and cutting the butter in half. It was perfect.

Spinach and bowtie noodles are delicious with this recipe.

This is much tastier than the packaged version and so much cheaper. I'm going to try making with dehydrated butter and sour cream I found at Honeyville Farms. Would be great if it works for camping trips or emergency supplies. I could just add some pasta water to re-hydrate it into a sauce.

Another one that looks good.

I make my own noodes and this recipe would be great with either chicken or tuna. Making your own noodles are yummy !

Would be good with some drained canned tuna or chicken.

It sounds yummy!!
