What You'll Need:
- 1 jar (16 ounces) salsa
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 package (3 ounces) cooked chorizo sausage, chopped
What To Do:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Spoon salsa evenly into prepared baked potato shins, then sprinkle with cheese. Top with chorizo sausage and bake 3 to 4 minutes, or until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
