What You'll Need

  • 3/4 cup nonfat buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon whole assorted peppercorns, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

What to Do

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well.
