- PREP
- 5 Min
Fresh fruit is a great snack when we're watching our calories, fat, and processed sugar. But I know that it's easy to get bored with it as is. So end the ho-hum by dressing your fresh-cut fruits with this light dressing.
What You'll Need
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lime zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
What to Do
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine all of the ingredients and whisk until smooth and creamy. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container until ready to use.
Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
Notes
Make a batch to keep on hand. That way, when you're ready to nibble on some fruit, you're all set.
