Cheese Twills

Use our recipe for Cheese Twills to make yourself the most unique homemade snack. With just one ingredient, you can create cheese twills that are great by themselves, on a cheese board or topping salad, chili or other dishes.
What You'll Need
- 1 (5-ounce) package shredded Parmesan cheese
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to 350 degres F. Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with cookingspray.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the baking sheet, forming one large sheet of cheese.Bake for 5 to 6 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and melted.
- Let the cheese cool slightly then cut into triangles, squares, or rectangles. Let cool completely before using as desired.
Notes
If you'd like to give the twills a curved shape, after cutting the shapes, while still warm, form the cheese around or over a rolling pin, drinking glass, or the bottom of a bowl. Curved or flat, these are versatile little cheese snacks or fancy toppers for other foods.

Silly me. It first thought I was thinking the cook used the shaker of Parmesan cheese. This is a great idea and what a cool way to make a simple dish fancy. Can any cheese be used to make these are is there something special about Parmesan?

Now that is a great looking salad. Talk about presentation. If you really want to impress someone, go ahead a make a few of these and place them strategically upon the dishes you serve. They will think you are a master chef.
