- 3/4 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
What to Do
- Combine green beans and water in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Add bacon and seasoned salt; simmer 10 to 15 more minutes. Serve with a slotted spoon.
