Mango chutney and salsa? Two great flavors that we don't use too often. Let's kick the Chicken Dippers up with these two scrumptious flavors.

What You'll Need

  • 2 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 12 precooked bacon slices (see note)
  • 1/2 cup hot mango chutney
  • 1/2 cup salsa

What to Do

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Cut each chicken breast into 12 cubes. Sprinkle with garlic salt.

  2. Cut bacon slices in half crosswise. Wrap bacon around each chicken cube; secure with wooden toothpicks. Arrange on a lightly greased rack of a broiler pan.

  3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

  4. Process chutney and salsa in a blender or food processor until smooth; stopping to scrape down sides. Serve with chicken bites.

Notes

Talk about a great product - we used precooked bacon in this recipe. Find it near the lunch meats at your local supermarket. The precooked kind saves you a step and delivers the full flavor of regular bacon.
