No-Bake Granola Bars

What a great way to enjoy the crunchy goodness of granola. Indulge yourself!
What You'll Need
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup raspberry jam
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups granola
- 1 cup crispy rice cereal
What to Do

Coat an 8-inch-square baking dish with cooking spray.

In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and raspberry jam, stirring constantly until completely melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Spread mixture evenly over bottom of prepared baking dish.

Refrigerate about 1 hour, or until firm. Cut into 2-inch squares.
Notes
Don't have raspberry jam? No problem -- use whatever flavor jam you have on hand!

Hello cpierce! Right above crispy rice cereal, you will see that the recipe calls for 2 cups of granola as well. Did you need to know what type of granola to use? Any brand will work just fine. Hope this helps!
