I just made these and they are super yummy! I doubled the recipe because I had so many bananas so I had to add a 1/2 cup flour. I swapped half cup brown sugar for some of the granulated and added a dash of salt and cinnamon. I made a dozen !muffins then added walnuts to the mix to make a pan of 8 then put the rest in a loaf pan which baked in about 35 to 38 minutes. Super moist, flavorful and yummy! Kids and adults enjoy!!

i added a tsp of vanilla and a 1/4 tsp of cinnamon to the batter plus a very sm pinch of salt. Turned out yummy especially with a brown sugar crumble on top makes a crunchy top when baked. Good recipe for high alt. We live about 7500 ft in CO
