This all-in-one easy Chicken Noodle Skillet, is perfect for a busy weeknight. No need to boil the noodles, 'cause they'll cook right along with the veggies and sauce. What a super main dish to call everyone to the table for!

What You'll Need

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

  • 1 cup uncooked egg noodles
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

What to Do

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.

this is a fantastic recipe.I have been fixing this for my family for a long time.I do like to add extra noodles and chicken broth.Should be ten star

We love this! It is so quick, simple and yummy!

I made this & it was excellant. I used broccoli only because that is what I had on hand. Vey easy & a little dash of salt & pepper. Will make again.

I would love to make this but I'm on dialysis & will use low sodium soup & jar mushrooms & no salt, frozen mixed vegies. Appears this is in a huge skillet will a deep large skillet work as well? Thanks

Hello! A deep skillet will work just as well, as will your substitutions. Enjoy!

Looks great from the comments I have to make it

My husband and I both really liked this

Looks great! I love how Mr. Food recipes don't get bogged down with a lot of exotic ingredients...just simple and quick for the average, busy family! One question: Is only 1 cup uncooked noodles enough? My package says that 1 dry cup is only 1 serving.

Why doesn't the picture match the ingredients? The picture shows peas and carrots, not corn which I actually like better. Is this the correct picture or for something else?

Thank you for your question. This is actually the correct photo for this recipe. What you see in the picture is broccoli and carrots, there are no peas. However, feel free to add any vegetables that are a favorite in your house. Enjoy!
