  • 1 1/4 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

sounds delicious. Will plan to make this next week. I already know it will be great.

Fixed this tonight... was so good. Used chicken breast instead of tenders and just cooked a bit longer. Yum.

I used to do something like this only with barbecue chips. Very good for a taste of barbecue without all the sticky mess.

I've made a similar recipe for years using whole breasts, and dipping the breasts in melted butter (no egg and milk used) and then rolling in the crumbs. It's delicious and I've beena asked many times to share the recipe.

I used sour cream and cheddar chips and invert one loved it. Very easy and tasted great!
