Berry Smoothie

Start your day with a fill-you-up Berry Smoothie and we bet you won't be looking at your watch all morning, thinking, "Is it almost time for lunch?" It's the combo of the fruit and yogurt that keeps those hunger pangs away.
What You'll Need
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup raspberry sherbet
- 1 1/2 cup ice cubes
What to Do
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend at high speed for 1 to 2 minutes, or until smooth and well combined, stopping and stirring down the sides if necessary.
Notes
Dollop with whipped cream and a sprig of mint for an extra-special touch.

i would use 1 1/2 cups of frozen cran-raspberry juice in place of the ice.
