What You'll Need

  • 1/2 gallon peppermint ice cream, softened
  • 4 cups (1 quart) milk
  • 1 quart club soda
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream

What to Do

  1. In a punch bowl, combine peppermint ice cream and milk; stir until it reaches a pourable consistency, then add club soda.
  2. Using an ice cream scoop, float scoops of vanilla ice cream in the punch. Serve immediately.

Add extra minty excitement by hanging miniature candy canes around the sides of the punch bowl.
