- 2 cups cubed refrigerated mango slices
- 1 pint mango sorbet
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted (optional)

- Process first 3 ingredients in an electric blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Add ice cream; process until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed.
- Pour shake into stemmed glasses; sprinkle with coconut, if desired. Serve immediately.
