What You'll Need
- Cooking spray
- 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar

It does say a half cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar. What does one do with the half cup of sugar? I'm gonna try it and tweak it..I guess.

The recipe calls for 1/2 C plus 2 Tbsp sugar, yet the directions only tell you what to ddo with the 2 Tbsp sugar. It seems that if you used the 1/2 C sugar in thee pumpkin mixture, it would be too sweet. Any thoughts on this?
