With this magical combination of summer flavors, you will not want to stop eating so that you can jump back into the pool. What You'll Need

  • 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding and pie filling mix
  • 1 (15-ounce) can fruit cocktail in juice, undrained
  • 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds

Poolside Party Fluff Recipe:

  1. In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, fruit cocktail with juice, pineapple, and vanilla; mix well.
  2. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve or chill until ready to serve.

I thought I had already made every version of "fluff salads" and then I see this one! I love the combination of fruit, Cool Whip, and marshmallows. Is instant coconut cream pudding easy to find? I feel like that is a flavor that was discontinued. This recipe will probably work with vanilla pudding, also, but I want coconut!

Hi there! When the Test Kitchen made this recipe, we found the coconut cream pudding and pie mix at our local Walmart. If you cannot find it, vanilla would make a tasty substitute as well. :) Enjoy!
