Fresh Throw-Together Salad

This is just mixing together and couldn't be easier! Keep some on hand in the fridge for crunchy snacking.

What You'll Need

  • 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 bunch scallions, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or to desired moistness)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

What to Do

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients and stir to coat broccoli and cauliflower florets.

Notes

Serve cold, so keep refrigerated. It will keep for up to 2 days.
