Our Rainbow Chard Fettuccine Toss looks just as good as it tastes, which means you'll be smacking your lips before your first forkful. The trio of olive oil, butter, and garlic really gives this pasta dish lots of flavor. Plus, who can forget about the colorful Swiss chard? It adds a wonderful taste, a pop of color, and fresh-from-the-farm goodness. 

What You'll Need:
  • 1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated fettuccine pasta
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 large stalks rainbow Swiss chard, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
Notes

Can't find refrigerated fettuccine pasta? Dried fettuccine pasta from a box will work fine also. Just be sure to cook according to package directions.
