I can't wait to try making this recipe when I have company. I love cooking and trying new recipes. And I especially love pork tenderloin. I remember not too long ago when I would pound the tenderloin flat, season it, flour it and fry it slowly making an awesome gravy to go with mashed potatoes. I love the versatility of this meat and love it so much better baked or grilled. So tasty and leftovers are awesome for sandwiches. We only have leftovers because there are only two of us.
