Seasoned Sweet Potato Fries
15 Min

The next time the gang wants fries, serve up these tasty veggies. Sweet potatoes are full of nutrients, and this version of Seasoned Sweet Potato Fries is a healthier choice than the traditional fried variety.

What You'll Need

  • 1 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes (about 3 medium-size)
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

What to Do

  1. Pierce sweet potatoes several times with a fork. Place on a microwave-safe plate; cover with damp paper towels. Microwave at HIGH 8 to 10 minutes or until tender. Let stand 5 minutes. Peel and cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Cut into 1/2-inch strips. Coat evenly with cooking spray, and sprinkle evenly with salt.
  2. Coat cold grill rack with cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill potatoes, covered, 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until grill marks appear on fries.

Don't feel like turning on the grill? No problem! This recipe works great on a grill pan on top of the stove!

Raspberry Cream Danish

Thanks to shortcuts like frozen puff pastry, we're able to make jaw-dropping pastries like our Raspberry Cream Danish. These are filled with a homemade cream cheese filling, which makes them extra-special. A raspberry in the center and a sprinkle of powdered sugar are the finishing touches to this bakery-style treat.
