Easy-peasy Cocktail Sauce is a handy little recipe to have in your repertoire. Mix this up anytime you've got company, and everybody will be happy!
What You'll Need
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
What to Do
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Yields about 1 cup.
