Garlic Pepper Sauce

For all you garlic lovers, here's an easy sauce that's just great with pasta. But make sure your honeybunch enjoys it when you do - then you can love each other ... you'll have to! Isn't that the true meaning of 00H it's so GOOD!!??
What You'll Need
- 18 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- Salt to taste (optional)
- 1 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
What to Do
- In a medium-sized saucepan, cook the garlic in the oil for 5 minutes. Stir in pepper and salt.
- Gradually stir in chicken broth, add thyme, and simmer until heated through. Serve immediately over pasta.
- Makes about 3 cups of sauce (enough for 2 pounds of pasta).
