Take the ho-hum out of grilling and your taste buds to a Parisian bistro with our Dijon-style Mustard Rub.

What You'll Need

  • 1/2 cup Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/4 cup dried parsley flakes
  • 2 tablespoons dried orange or lemon peel
  • 2 tablespoons dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper

What to Do

  1. Mix ingredients together in a medium bowl.

  2. Makes 2/3 cup.

Notes

Cover and refrigerate any unused rub for future use.
