Spicy Apricot Fruit Dressing

Over fresh fruit? Sure! Over mixed greens? Definitely! Over fruit pies and ice cream? Yes, yes, yes!

What You'll Need

  • 1/2 cup apricot nectar
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

What to Do

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until smooth and creamy. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container until ready to use.

    Makes about 1-1/2 cups.

Notes

Serve this over fresh-cut fruit like cantaloupe, honeydew, red and green grapes, fresh berries, or your other fruit and veggie favorites.
