What You'll Need:
- 1 cup pumpkin pie mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream plus extra for garnish
What To Do:
- In a soup pot, whisk the pumpkin pie mix and chicken broth over medium-high heat and cook 7 to 8 minutes, or until hot.
- Slowly stir in the milk and 1/2 cup sour cream and cook 3 to 5 more minutes, or until heated through.
- Serve in shot glasses or cordial glasses and garnish each with a dollop of sour cream.
