Would you please explain Half and half and package cubed herb-seasoned stuffing mix I am from down under Norma

I am sorry you have been ignored for five years. I hope I can answer you questions. Half half is light cream more or less. The butterfat content of half half is about half way between heavy cream and whole milk (as if you mixed half heavy cream half whole milk). In the states that is a butterfat content of abour 15%. The latter I am not certain what you are asking about, but I can venture a guess. In grocery stores in the states, they sell cubes (about 1 cm square) of bread that has been staled and is coated with herbs frequently used to make bread stuffing for turkey (sage, marjoram, thyme, etc.). Rather than prepare one's own staled bread cubes, these can be used to streamline the process of making a stuffing for the holiday "bird." Some cooks have developed other uses for the pre-seasoned stale bread cubes. An appropriate substitute will depend on the use to which the mix is to be put. Best of luck.
