Corn on the cob was and still is a must-have at a cook-out. And one taste of this tangy lime buttered corn will explain why the '50s fad of foil cooking is still with us!
What You'll Need
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 ears fresh corn, husked
What to Do
Preheat grill to medium heat.
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except corn; mix well.
Place each ear of corn on a piece of aluminum foil. Brush each with butter mixture and wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
Grill 18 to 22 minutes, or until tender. Carefully unwrap corn, and serve.
