Fiesta Shrimp

COOK TIME
5 Min

Just like the Spanish Christmas carol and greeting, "Feliz Navidad," this appetizer sure is perfect for wishing guests a Merry Christmas!

What You'll Need

  • 1 pound cooked shrimp
  • 1 jar (16 ounces) salsa
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

What to Do

  1. Reserve a few whole shrimp for garnish, then coarsely chop the remaining shrimp and place in a medium bowl. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with the reserved shrimp.

  2. Makes about 3 cups.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips and remember: This can be as spicy or mild as you like, depending on the type of salsa you use.
