Lusciously sweet and juicy, mangoes are one of the most popular fruits in the world. In this video, Mr. Food shows how to prepare a mango for everything from salad to this sweet and satisfying Mango Smoothie.
What You'll Need
- 3 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 cups ice cubes
What to Do
- In a blender, combine all ingredients; blend until ice cubes are crushed and mixture is thick and frothy.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
