Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies Mix

What You'll Need

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup mint chocolate chips

What to Do

  1. Place flour, baking soda, and salt into canning jar, tapping jar on counter to level ingredients. Add to jar light brown sugar, granulated sugar, walnuts, and mint chocolate chips, tapping jar on counter to level after each addition. Seal jar and decorate.

Notes

Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

Makes About 30 Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 
  2. In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat 1 stick softened butter, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; mix well. Add jar of dry ingredients and 1 tablespoon water, continue to mix until thoroughly combined. 
  3. Form into 1-inch balls, and place onto ungreased baking sheets. 
  4. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, or until golden. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
