Mr. Food and our TV production team went nuts over this recipe when they visited a restaurant in the Mississippi Delta, where we taped some shows. They thought it was one of the best fish recipes they ever had. Our Test Kitchen agrees ... And so will you!

What You'll Need

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (1/2-stick) butter, softened
  • 3 scallions, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 4 (6-ounce) U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish fillets

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except catfish; mix well.

  3. Place fish on prepared baking sheet. Spread mixture evenly over fish.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until fish is golden and flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately.

Can this be made with Tilapia instead?

Yes, you certainly can substitute Tilapia for Catfish. Enjoy!

Can this be made using Tilapia instead of catfish?

I love all Mr.Foods receipe they are soooo gooood.Thank you for them.

First off I didn't follow an important step. I broiled the fish instead of baking it. That being said. Used 1/8 butter and 1/8 olive oil. This was without a doubt. One of the tastiest fish dishes I've eaten in some time. The fish just melted on my tongue as the seasoning just danced. I will make again and this time I'll bake it. Just to see which method is better with this recipe. Broiling or baking.

I was wondering if any of your recipes have the nutritional information with it? And if not, have you, or would you, considered attaching the nutritional information with your recipes? I am in The Art Institute of Phoenix and I do enjoy looking through your recipes and I would like to use some of them for school projects. Thank you for your time.
