Reel in these mouth-watering Parmesan Grouper Fillets because they pack in a ton of flavor and will become year-round favorites.
What You'll Need
- 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 6 (8-ounce) grouper or other mild whitefish fillets (1-inch thick)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
What to Do
- Preheat the broiler. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Place fish on a lightly greased rack in a broiler pan. Drizzle with lemon juice; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil 5-1/2 inches from heat 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Spread cheese mixture on fish. Broil 4 to 5 more minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
Notes
If you can't find grouper or would rather use another fish, try one of these white-flesh alternatives: sea bass, orange roughy, or mahi mahi.
