Caramel Toffee Bombe

Looking for some sweet inspiration? Well, stop the search because we've got it for you right here with this Caramel Toffee Bombe. You'll love it, and so will your crew!

What You'll Need

  • 3/4 cup gingersnap cookie crumbs (about 10 cookies)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 2 (1.4-ounce) chocolate-covered toffee candy bars, crushed
  • 1 (12-ounce) jar caramel sauce

What to Do

  1. Line a 2-quart bowl with heavy-duty plastic wrap. Stir together cookie crumbs and butter; press mixture into prepared bowl.

  2. Stir together ice cream and candy; spoon over crumbs. Cover and freeze 8 hours.

  3. Invert bowl onto a serving plate. Carefully remove bowl and plastic wrap. Cut into wedges, and serve immediately with warm caramel sauce.

Notes
