- 1 quart orange sherbet
- 1 quart lime sherbet
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut, divided
- 6 Chinese fortune cookies
What to Do
- In a bowl place 1 scoop lime sherbet and 1 scoop orange sherbet.
- Top each evenly with shredded coconut and a fortune cookie.
