I love the comforting aroma of this spiced cider. It's perfect on a cold winter night. And the lemon slices add flavor and a bit of sunshine to this warming wintertime brew.

What You'll Need:
  • 1 quart apple cider
  • 1/4 cup light molasses
  • 1 (2-1/4-inch) cinnamon stick
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 2 lemon slices
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
What To Do:
  1. Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick and cloves, using a slotted spoon; discard. Stir in lemon juice, and serve immediately.
