The Ultimate Greek Layered Salad

What You'll Need

  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

What to Do

  1. Place romaine lettuce in a large bowl. Layer with onion, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, and feta cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Pour over salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
