  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup ice
