Impress your guests with this decadent make-ahead dessert. Our Two-Tone Cheese Pie is a no-bake cheesecake topped with almonds for a beautifully creamy yet crunchy treat!
What You'll Need
- 2 (8 ounce each) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped almonds
- 1 baked 9-inch pie shell or prepared 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
What to Do
-
In a medium-sized bowl, combine cream cheese, honey, sugar, cream, and vanilla; beat until smooth.
-
Pour mixture into 2 smaller bowls. Stir cocoa into one half of filling; stir almonds into other half.
-
Spread cocoa mixture over bottom of pie shell. Pour nut mixture over, spreading evenly. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Notes
Be sure to use regular cream cheese, not the soft spread or the whipped kind.

Delicious! Love it! I used 1 tsp vanilla, 2 tbs seems a bit much. I didn't have graham cracker crumbs on hand, so I made an Oreo crust for this, and it's amazing. I will definitely make this again, many times.

I wonder...can you make this WITHOUT the almonds or ANY nuts? I have a stepdaughter who's allergic to nuts...
